Our Skipping program is National Curriculum and NSW syllabus aligned and offers a multitude of benefits for children's physical, mental, and social development. It is a highly enjoyable and engaging form of physical activity that can help children stay active and develop their motor skills, coordination, and balance. Skipping can also provide numerous health benefits such as improving cardiovascular health, strengthening bones and muscles, developing endurance along with burning a lot of energy.
